The Good Art Collective

Welcome

When I created this art collective of one way back on 11 February 2025, I didn't know what to name it. I figured if I could get others involved, maybe we could come up with a cool name together. For now, I'm calling it The Good Art Collective.

Good isn't referring to the art, it's referring to what happens as a result of the art presented on The Good Art Collective.

For example, I'm making a series of art pieces around helping to protect critically endangered species. So if you purchase a t-shirt or a coffee cup with my Bornean Orangutan piece on it, the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the World Wildlife Fund at the end of 2025. I take not one penny for myself. It's all about creating awareness that these animals need our help and helping with a donation.

Artists

If you're an artist and would like to showcase your art for charity on The Good Art Collective, email me.

The way it works is that I'm assuming you already can sell your art. What you're committing to do as part of The Good Art Collective is to donate a portion of your profits for a period of time to a charity of your choosing.

For instance, all profits from all sales on this Redbubble.com store featuring my Bornean Orangutan piece will be donated to the World Wildlife Fund at the end of 2025.

Therefore, at the end of the year, I will publish a report of sales, fees and proceeds, along with confirmation that I made the donation to the World Wildlife Fund.

So that's what you would do, using whatever means you have to sell your art today to sell, you're just committing to donate to charity for a specified period of time.

What The Good Art Collective does is promotes your charity run by directing people to a webpage about your charity run. My Bornean Orangutan page is an example.
